Juxta Makes Logic Work For Logicworks

The Web site, at http://www.logicworks.net dramatically enhances customer service, a key driver in the Web hosting industry, by enabling clients to access their accounts to initiate or review service requests, among other activities, on a remote, secure basis. The site also enables Logicworks’ partners, typically IT consultants and network integrators working with hosting clients, to access their clients’ accounts to initiate service on their clients’ behalf.

The site also features a “configurator” that provides firms in need of managed hosting solutions the ability to investigate and order a full range of managed hosting services. The interactive application lets customers build, price, and configure hosting solutions online, and view, save, email, and print dynamic, graphical representations of the server and hosting setup. Juxta also provided Logicworks with an administrative interface allowing them to update content, pricing, and configuration logic for the system.
