Web Designer:  Jorge Naranjo

Challenge: Obit Magazine – an online magazine about life, death, and the transition – wanted to create a new design for their website that could take advantage of the most current web publishing features, including social bookmarking, article tagging, RSS feeds, email newsletters, picture galleries, and forums and article commenting.

Solution: Juxta Digital worked with Obit’s editors to create an interactive plan that would make the site easy for them to update, flexible where it needed to be, and exciting for users. We workied with Obit's designer, Jorge Naranjo, to define templates that take full advantage of the latest web publishing technology, created a content management system, and imported their data. Now, editors can easily update the editorial sections each day with the latest events, biographies, images, and articles.
